We are currently recruiting! If you are interested in joining our lab, please reach out.

Our lab is deeply committed to training the next generation of scientists. As part of this commitment, we strive to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where all members have the opportunity to strengthen their academic portfolio and develop the independence and critical-thinking skills they need for their professional future. We actively seek undergraduate, M.S., and Ph.D. students, postdoctoral fellows, and visiting scholars who bring curiosity, enthusiasm for learning, and openness to new ideas and perspectives.

  • Graduate students
I have the possibility to supervise graduate students as part of the Biological Science Department's PhD and
           Master's programs.

  • Undergraduate students
I am passionate about offering meaningful research experiences for undergraduate students. We often have
multiple opportunities well-suited to undergrads on a variety of areas. If interested, please reach out.

  • Postdocs
I am keen to work with postdocs to develop research proposals that can support one’s own funding. See below
for some examples of funding schemes we could discuss applying for. I  encourage reaching out directly to me,
         and the earlier the better.

  • Visitors
I enjoy collaborative science and I am always excited to host individuals from the US or abroad in the lab. I will
be happy to discuss opportunities for short-term or extend visits.

Lab location
Our lab is located in the scenic college town of Athens, Ohio, surrounded by natural habitats and conservation areas.
